The Downtown Pooch is an amazing place for dog (and cat) lovers who care about the food they feed and want to find adorable gifts, leashes, and toys for their pets. The owner, Sam, is so kind and supportive of her customers and even let me do book signings on her front lawn during Alive in Roswell! She's also a big supporter of rescue groups and always has a group of adoptable dogs on her lawn during Alive in Roswell as well. Dogs are drawn to this place because they know when they visit, a treat (or several) from a kind employee is always waiting for them behind the counter. Why shop online or have food sent to you from a huge corporation when you can shop locally and support a small business owner living their dream? Sam stays on top of nutrition and supplements and is a very helpful resource for her customers.

Great location in downtown Roswell. Very knowledgeable and friendly management. Bought novel protein stuff for recommended by my veterinarian. Comparably priced. Lots of toys and even pet friendly ice cream. Couldn't help but but a couple of beautiful and delicious cupcakes for humans.

Love this place, I had a long day of work & didn't get a chance to pick up a cupcake for my boy Mack's Birthday until almost closing. They were very accommodating so he could pick out a treat & present. Will definitely return!

So sad I didn’t get her name but the lady who helped me was so sweet and helpful! It was my dogs birthday and I got her so much stuff! Their variety is amazing! They are so helpful! So many options!!! This is our favorite store and I was happy to get all of Nilas treats for her special day here! They have a room for birthdays in the back! It’s amazing! Def check them out next time your in Roswell

This is such a lovely store! We bring our Golden Retriever, Sammy with us to pick out a new toy or some treats. The sales associates are so nice and helpful. Experiencing genuinely good customer service can feel like stepping back in time. We will be back with Sammy soon!
